At Pease Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If your door hardware or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Pease Doors

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
